Our client who is a leader in their field are seeking an Account Manager at their base in Darlington. This is great opportunity for an outgoing individual to join an exciting business, where you will be building relationships and meeting client's needs.
Duties for the successful Account Manager:
Building rapport and developing relationships with clients
Liaising with internal and external parties
Providing excellent customer service and support
Dealing with bookings via various methods
Dealing with contract queries
Handling queries and up-keeping databases/records
Managing diaries, and informing clients of any changes
Handling some marketing duties for the business
Attending events and coordinating activities
Providing reports and acting on sales
What we are looking for:
Account Management/Sales/B2B experience (essential)
Strong customer service
Excellent communication skills on all levels
A positive attitude
The ability to solve problems
To be successful as an Account Manager you will be a passionate and proactive individual with the ability to prioritise tasks. In return the successful candidate will receive a salary between £30k-£32k, plus company benefits, working Monday to Friday.
