Recruitment Account Manager – Nursing and Care
Salary – £22k-£30k plus uncapped commission
As one of the leading Nursing and Care recruitment agencies in the UK, we are looking to expand our Darlington branch with an experienced and career focused Recruitment Account Manager.
Our nationwide network of recruitment teams provide nurses and healthcare staff to a range of clients every day, for both short and long term assignments.
Due to the rapid expansion of the sector, we are looking for a Nursing and Care Recruitment Account Manager to join Servoca in our Southport office. We will happily cross train from any volume temp sector such as Catering, Industrial or Construction etc.
Nursing and Care Recruitment Account Manager (experienced in recruitment but will cross train to Nursing and Care from other recruitment sectors)

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving the division forward, utilising our already impressive market share.

Placing candidates into roles
Contract negotiations with clients
Ongoing customer service with both the schools and the teachers / teaching assistants
