Key responsibilities:
Using Sage (line 50 version) accounting package
Handling incoming post
Dealing with account queries
Producing and submitting V.A.T. return every quarter using Making tax digital
Bank reconciliation.
Credit control.
Payments to suppliers.
Monthly sales commission calculations
Managing the whole purchase ledger process from initial receipt of invoice through to posting onto SAGE 50 and generating payments
Desirable qualities:
Previous accounts experience
Experience on SAGE 50
Good organisational skills.
Personable attitude / team player
General Information:
Location: Darlington
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week
Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
