We are looking for an experienced Centre Manger (and ideally auto technician) who’s amazing with customers, can motivate their team, and manage workflows at a busy fast-fit Centre.
Skills & experience
Proven managerial ability in the automotive industry or retail management
To understand the role of every single person in your team
A motivational, coaching-based approach to team development
To instill a real customer focus in your team
To lead on values, principles and high standards
Key accountabilities
Service, repairs, MOTs, fast-fit, stock control and audits are just some of the things we do in our busy auto centres. You’ll motivate the team so they keep our customers happy and safe on the road, whatever they’ve come in for.
