What’s involved?
A successful Chef de Partie will work alongside an incredibly talented Head Chef and team in their fine dining restaurant, preparing for meals and getting ready for service. Candidates will stand a better chance if they have experience in a similar role at 3 AA Rosette level, but training and the opportunity to progress within the company is given.
