:
What you will do:
Support client strategy (short & long term) ensuring all clients have account plans that are regularly to identify further opportunities
Lead client meetings, ensuring papers are issued in a timely fashion and in the agreed format
Lead on instructions of services into the delivery team
Support Head of Client Relationships, Key Account Managers, Client Service Managers (Level 2) on rebids and extensions for relevant clients
Support operations through active and accountable client management, communicating operational changes to clients and gaining buy in/permission where required.
Maximise opportunities for upsell, cross-sell or project revenue across individual client portfolio
Have a regard for Pensions culture of compliance and risk awareness to ensure that appropriate regulatory and internal control standards are maintained
Adhere to the ISO and Investors in People Standards and comply with pensions and FCA regulations and initiatives

Strong operational background
Technical knowledge of Pensions
Client focused with a strong focus around client satisfaction
Understanding of client profitability and impact on margins
