Contracts Manager – Fit Out/Refurb/Restoration/small works Commercial Build Contractor working on High street banks/commercial buildings The work will involve external renovation, minor roof works, repairs and internal fit out works. The company work with local authorities, councils, blue chip organisations and main contracting construction companies. The contracts manager would be required to oversee various projects across the North East and UK wide. You will be dealing with local authorities, clients, managing sub contractors and ensuring Health & Safety is adhered to on the projects. There will be an element of overseeing cost control, estimating, site management and ensuring all projects are completed on time. With offices in the North West, North East and South of England the company deliver dynamic and comprehensive solutions on a national scale in both planned and reactive maintenance works and surveys. Having gained a vast array of experience in such sectors as hospitality, commercial office, education as well in the banking and rail sectors. Salary £45000 – £50000 + Company car Pension/Holidays
