Your new role
This position is frontline for all iing calls and emails to the business. It involves responding to web enquiries and ensuring they are followed up in a professional and timely manner.

What you’ll need to succeed
As a Customer Service Advisor you will have excellent telephone andmunication skills as the role demands all calls are answered promptly and appropriately. You will have good IT skills and a willingness to learn.
You will be flexible with working hours as the role will involve some evenings up to 7pm.
Ideally you will have previous experience working within a customer care/service or retail environment, however full training will be provided for the right person.
