Job Title: Engineering Lecturer
Position: Full time, Permanent
Location Darlington
Salary: £34k Per annum
REED Further Education are looking for a Mechanical Engineering Lecturer in the Darlington area to work for a college in the area. You do not need to be an experience Lecturer for this role as the College is happy to put anyone through the relevant teaching qualification required.
The successful Engineering Assessor will;
You will teach students according to a set plan and curriculum
You will plan your own diary to ensure smooth operations in the classroom
You will already be knowledgeable around either mechanical or electrical engineering
You will manage student progress and achievement through the modules you deliver.
You will evaluate students work and provide timely, constructive feedback.
The successful Engineering Lecturer will have the following skills and qualifications:
Vocationally relevant qualification at Level 3 or equivalent.
Appropriate Teaching or Assessing qualification (or willingness to work towards).
Experience of supporting learners through assignments and assessments.
At least 5 years experience in the industry
