Your role with usn As a Field Monitoring Officer, you will help us deliver crucial environmental monitoring programmes. Thisn involves taking part in a variety of fieldwork and collecting samples from rivers, lakes, discharges,n boreholes, groundwater sources and coastal waters.n After collecting the samples, you will record the environmental data using mobile technology. The role alson requires a good deal of physical work, as you will need to lift samples and equipment, carry out tasks in orn near water and drive a van.n It’s challenging work, but you can be sure your efforts are making a positive impact on communities andn environment.

On top of your core duties, you will also have opportunities to support our incident responsen initiatives.n What do I need?n You should be ready to work in all weathers and environments. Being able to manage your own health andn safety is important, as is good organisational skills.
