Your new role
As a direct result of the continued growth, the on-site Financial Controller is looking to enhance and support the existing team with the appointment of an additional Finance Assistant.
Being given specific responsibility for the purchase ledger, your key duties will include:-

processing purchase invoices

checking and matching to POs

ensuring allocated to the correct cost centre

answering supplier queries

managing the supplier email inbox

supplier statement reconciliations

assisting with the month end close

What you’ll need to succeed
You will have prior experience of processing purchase ledger invoices and maintaining supplier accounts. Studying towards your AAT qualification would be seen as a positive.
