You’ll be responsible for delivering a high quality service for new and existing clients and leading the employee benefits admin teams.
Delivering annual budget targets and identify continuous improvements for services and quality.
Looking for a collaborative and inclusive leader who has lead client focused teams. You will successfully provide a quality focused administration service, using resource planning and training to deliver SLA’s, to keep up with ongoing client requirements and change requests that feed into the wider departmental commercial targets. You will work closely with our Head of Commercial to contribute to the growth of Employee Benefits, taking ownership for delivering to clients on project work along with managing the implementation of new business.
The successful candidates will be passionate about the support and development of others who can foster a culture of collaboration, feedback, and trust. We are looking for someone who is proactive and has the ability to champion continuous improvement by positively challenging any potential issues and looking at route cause analysis to continuously evolve our employees and clients experience.
