Junior Sous Chef – Bannatyne – Darlington


About the Role


This role is 40 hours per week and is based at our Hotel in Darlington.


Applications are currently invited for a Junior Sous Chef. This role requires you to assist the Senior Sous Chef to be able to lead the brigade unsupervised, setting an excellent standard in both food and kitchen hygiene practices. Compliance should come as second nature alongside good planning and kitchen management skills.
