Duties:
Ensure a maintenance service is supplied to the factory at all times.
Maintain the standard of the machines to ensure that the product produced is of the required quality employing a hands on approach.
Ensure all machinery is maintained to a safe working condition.
Involvement in mechanisation/improvement projects.
Promote and contribute to the continuous improvement culture and make a positive contribution to the running of the business
Supervisory experience essential with a hands on approach
Attention to detail and accuracy is imperative
Proactive and flexible approach to work
Ability to work under pressure within tight time scales
Promote a positive culture of improvement within the business
Food production experience preferable
