Mainstay have an amazing new role for an experienced Electrician to join a well-established service provider in and around the Northeast of England
This is a great opportunity, and the ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and will have a strong background working in the electrical industry, specifically within Commercial properties
Role:
Responsible for the high standard completion of maintenance, repairs and electrical testing on their Commercial Sites
Respond to planned and reactive maintenance
Fantastic opportunity to work on an extremely dynamic, intriguing site
You will report all escalations to the line manager ensuring that these are dealt with in the right time frame
You will ensure the health and safety on site making sure that all work completed is compliant with current regulations

Candidate
Experience within a similar role is essential, ideally working for a FM provider
Relevant electrical qualifications, 18th edition is essential and City and Guilds 2365, and City and Guilds 2391 are highly desirable
HV authorised person with previous or current experience is highly desirable
Highly motivated, with strong attention to detail
Patient, understanding and professional
Must be confident working on your own or as part of a team
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
