This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person to secure a newly created position for the Darlington office of this well established and highly respected organisation.

This role will involve the management of the Administration Team and report into the HR Director and will include:

  • Day to day management of the Admin Team, including all line management duties such as allocating and reviewing work.
  • Review the work and processes of each office’s Admin Team and implementing any changes to ensure a consistent administration service is provided and the team works together.
  • Act as point of contact for any Health & Safety or maintenance issues, liaising with other departments to action as appropriate.
  • Actively participate in Management Meetings.
  • Minute taking/arranging minute taking as necessary.
  • Assist the Administration Team including answering iing calls, producing letters, booking meeting rooms, sending out draft and final accounts as required, using the relevant systems and arranging meetings.
  • My client is looking for someone who can demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • Proven administration experience of working at supervisor or manager level
  • Experience of managing a team
  • Excellent organisational skills Have excellentmunication skills Ability to establish rapport, build trust and demonstrate credibility
  • The ability to check work for accuracy and have good attention to detail
  • Demonstrate initiative and flexibility
  • Be proactive and manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent IT skills, including working knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel
