Join us as a People and Culture Advisor and you will be joining Europe’s leading Kitchen Specialist.

This is a part time role of 19.5 hours per week and we can be flexible in terms of working hours.

What you’ll be doing

Working with Lead P&C Advisor and P&C Advisors to manage all HR casework across all Region West businesses including Capability, ACAS Conciliations, ET1-ET3, Settlement Agreements, Grievances, Performance management, Global Mobility and AWOL process, ensuring cases are logged in central HR case system, including outcomes to ensure consistency across the business.

You’ll provide a high level of HR advice on matters of HR policy and procedures, discipline and grievance and other employment legislation / good practice, ensuring legal and policy compliance, whilst maintaining a commercial and pragmatic view.

Within the P&C team you’ll work with T&D to create learning content for managers and framework for ongoing development of existing and new managers, act as escalation point for P&C Co-ordinator on HR cases and queries, work with P&C Support Team on process/system support for policy changes

You’ll play a key part in supporting the establishment of centralised HR Advisory support for Nobia UK, working with Lead P&C Advisor on creating material to support the business including managers guide, process maps, guidance, template letters, scripts etc ensuring legal and policy compliance

What you’ll need

You can help us succeed with –

Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent in Maths and English and preferably CIPD qualified or working towards it, you will ideally have already gained experience of working in a fast-paced HR environment. An ability to work under pressure, to demanding deadlines with excellent planning and prioritisation skills and experience of working with internal and external third parties

Excellent planning and organisation skills are essential as is the ability to work unsupervised and meet deadlines. You’ll also need to combine good communication skills with a positive approach to customer service and be competent in the use of the main Microsoft Office packages and other HR systems.
