MTrec are currently recruiting for a renowned and respected production/recycling company based in the Darlington area.
The Role:
· Attending morning briefings with team leader / supervisors for daily production targets
· Carrying out visual quality checks of products, reporting defects to team leaders / supervisor
· Working in a team on a picking line
· Removing metal/materials from everyday household items
· Ensuring materials are recycled correctly
· General housekeeping duties making sure workplace is tidy
· Strict adherence to health and safety regulations
The Person:
· Someone with a can do attitude
· Must be flexible to work overtime
· Own transport is essential or live close due to start times
· Must be physically fit
The Benefits:
· Temporary to permanent role after successful probation period
· Attendance bonus to be paid after 12 weeks.
The Hours:
· Monday – Friday
· 07:00am – 17:00pm
· Overtime is available subject to the need of the business.
The Pay:
· £9.50
· Time and half paid after 48 hours
