The Project Administrator will provide a high quality administrative and support service, demonstrating a passion for providing the best customer service. Specific tasks will vary between projects, key responsibilities will include:
Attending project meetings as required, note taking including recording decisions and distributing actions.

Ensuring the project plan, logs and other documentation are consistently updated and tracked.

Arranging internal and external meetings.

Preparing and providing documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders (presentations, status reports, budget trackers, project performance).

Information gathering involving liaison with colleagues across Support Office.

Monitoring project progress and addressing potential issues by escalating queries and findings to Project Manager.

Developing strong working relationships with key stakeholders, internal and external.

Promoting a strong service delivery ethos by ensuring that all requests are handled accurately, any chases are completed within a timely manner and that the customer is kept informed of progress.

Ensuring all requests for support and information are provided in a timely manner and appropriate format.

Other administrative duties as required by Project team
You will have a good general level of education including GCSE (or equivalent) Mathematics and English. A confident communicator, you will have excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills and deliver a high level of customer service.With previous administrative experience as a Project Administrator, Co-ordinator or a similar role in a busy people focussed environment, you will have excellent IT skills, concise and accurate record keeping skills and be able to interpret information and report back. Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility and therefore it is important that you are able to recognise the signs which may indicate possible abuse, harm or neglect in its different forms and know what to do if there are any concerns. All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training appropriate to their role and to undertake additional training in associated areas. You also have the ability to seek appropriate advice and report concerns, including escalation if action is not taken.HC-One offers professional residential, nursing and specialist dementia care for older people.
