Sales Centre Manager Monday to Friday 40 hours per week Office Based Circa £35k per annum (depending on experience) Darlington, DL3 We are currently looking for an experienced Sales Centre Manager to supervise daily operations and the Telesales team at our Darlington Sales Centre.

An excellent Sales Centre Manager must be an organised, reliable and results-driven professional.
They should have a practical mind to solve problems on the spot partnered with an ability to see the big picture and make improvements where required.
As a Sales Centre Manager, you must also have excellent customer service and communication skills and be able to manage, motivate and inspire the sales team.
The Position: As Sales Centre Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of running the Darlington Sales Centre reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director.
Your duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Report on and measure sales performance to achieve sales targets in line with budgets.
Provide reports and data to measure sales performance and recommend action to increase sales and profitability.
Develop new reports/data in conjunction with the Business Analyst to benefit the business and recommend action to increase sales and profitability.
Maximise the functionality of the Business Objects/Accord software in conjunction with the Business Analyst.
Provide induction training to new Sales Centre colleagues.
Work cross functionally with other departments as required.
Provide regular performance updates to Directors.
Manage and drive online registration.
Provide cover for other Sales Centres and Advisors.
Achieve the KPIs set by the business The Person Previous Manager skills, ideally within a call centre or sales environment.
An exceptional people manager, with a track record of delivering sales targets through high-performing teams.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Can demonstrate performance management in a previous role(s).
Experience in monitoring and managing individual and team performance.
Ability to absorb information quickly and work under pressure.
