I’m recruiting for a Finance Business Partner based in Darlington offering a salary of £67k – that’s well above the average.
You’re an experienced Finance Manager/Controller; confident managing month-end, P&L, budgeting, and balance sheets.
A ‘typical manufacturing site’ and described by the line manager as a ‘thick chips and pies kind of place’ – All meals are subsidised through the on-site canteen.
In this team, you’ll be part of the SLT within a large manufacturing business with plenty of opportunities for you to upskill and get involved with a variety of project-based work.
You’re not off-put by working in a business that has multiple bespoke systems – you’re used to pulling information from various platforms to analyse the data.
Confidence is key, as is your ability to build good working relationships with a variety of personalities and levels from the shop floor through to the c-suite.
