Hays recruitment is supporting an organisation on the recruitment of a Senior HR Business Partner to join their organisation to work alongside the Head of HR covering the North & Scotland Region.
This role has be available due to an internal promotion! The role will be homebased but will require you to travel across the Northern Region providing support to your area alongside the regional manager and HR function.
Your responsibilities include:
Supporting on organisational design, operational objectives
Supporting with the HR leaders on the people strategy
Line management responsibilities; HR Business Partner and HR Advisor
Overseeingplex ER caseloads (owning the full process)
Driving and ensuring HR programs across the organisation are delivered, embedded and sustained
Delivering HR training and coaching to operational colleagues, including but not limited to investigations, disciplinaries, absence management and performance management, to equip them with the skills and knowledge in resolving and supporting on people issues
Supporting the organisation to identify, engage and retain talent across the business through succession planning
Delivering on change programmes
To be successful within this role you must be able to demonstrate experience in the following:
Experience within a HR Business Partnering model
Managing a team and supporting on development
Building and maintaining effective relationships
