Role overview

An exciting opportunity is available within Diaverum to join a busy, patient focused Operations team as an Operations Co Ordinator. The role reports jointly into Head of Operations and Head of Property. 

This is a home based role travelling to clinics based across the South UK. The successful candidate would be best placed to live in the South- outer London area as weekly travel to clinic sites will be expected. 

Your role will provide key support within the UK Operations team so that we can ensure Diaverum remains the provider of choice for patients. The Operations and Property team assist clinical teams in locations across the UK and you would be a first point of contact for all clinics in terms of any operations enquiries. 

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • Be the first point of contact regarding day to day Operations queries, escalating where appropriate. 
  • Logging and triage of clinic responsive repairs
  • Working with contractors to meet SLA’s
  • Attending clinic audits and routine inspections
  • Raising PO
  • Collating and reporting repairs, waste and utility consumption data
  • Managing the asset register
  • Advise clinics on supplier and purchasing procedures 
  • Work with other teams such as Finance
  • About you: 

  • Previous administration experience within a busy environment
  • Able to build effective relationships with line managers and employees in all levels of the business.
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Systems.
  • Ability to demonstrate a professional, confident and ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • ability to travel to sites when required

    Our nurse to patient ratio is 1:4 giving you the required time to care for your patients holistically. Our nurses work a range of shifts including earlies, lates, and long days between Monday to Saturday (No Sundays) allowing for a flexible working pattern.
