Teaching Assistant – Darlington

About the role

  • Daily rate £77-95 per day with both full & part time positions available
  • Work on a 1:1 basis with students who require additional support
  • Provide general classroom support
  • Located in Darlington 

    • The ideal candidate must

  • be able to communicate effectively with other staff and students, monitoring developments and progress and bring an ambitious personality to the school environment
  • be composed, with the ability to manage challenging behaviour and situations
  • have transferable skills and a genuine interest in supporting young people with SEMH needs
  • be able to show a patient and understanding attitude towards all of the students’ needs and circumstances
