Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm or 9am to 5.30pm
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, Customer Service Team Leader to join one of the UK’s leading vehicle rental specialists and bring to life the Northgate experience for our customers.
Here at Northgate Vehicle Hire we have a fantastic opportunity in our UK Workshop Service & Maintenance Delivery department, based in our Contact Centre in Darlington. Due to continued growth, we are now seeking an ambitious and experienced team leader, to help drive a team of handlers to success.
The Workshop Service & Maintenance Delivery Team is responsible for providing the very highest standards of customer service, to lead and manage a team of advisors, ensuring that each query is handled in a speedy and professional manner.
You will also be responsible for maintaining a strong focus on operational targets, performance improvement, and driving the team to success.
To be successful as a Team Leader in Northgate Vehicle Hire;
You’ll need to be a proven people manager with strong communication and leading skills. You will also be able to demonstrate;

An engaging personality with excellent communication and proven people management skills.
An ability to excel in your ability to get the best out of your team members, through strong hands-on coaching and performance management.

With a well-developed sense of financial awareness, you are someone who can see the bigger picture and work closely with peers and line managers to ensure delivery against SLA’s and targets
