Due to further contract wins Imperial Recruitment Group are looking to speak to individuals who have the desire to make an impact in one of the UK’s most thriving industries.
Some recruitment knowledge would be advantageous but most importantly we would like to speak to candidates with a strong background in customer service who can deliver an exceptional experience to our candidates and clients.
Role Responsibilities (Initially):
- Studying job specifications and creating search maps for each vacancy
- Advertising job opportunities across all of our platforms (Job Boards, Social Media etc.)
- Actively sourcing candidates through the various platforms that you will have access to
- Understanding candidate requirements, aspirations and skill sets and managing candidate relationships
- Screening and shortlisting candidates to assess suitability
- Formatting CV’s
- Compiling management information around specific recruitment projects
