Reed are recruiting on behalf of one of our brilliant clients based in Newton Aycliffe for a Transport Planner to start ASAP.
- Hours: Monday – Friday
- Location: Newton Aycliffe
Main Responsibilities:
– Arrange international transport of materials to site, arrange lifting and access equipment as necessary- Provide administrative support to the Sales team relating to flagpoles, banner poles and other forms of external signage.- Previous front facing client experience- Dealing directly with customers on specific projects where necessary- Prepare quotes within a timely manner, having liaised with the suppliers and collated all of the information- Oversee the running of the installation team, facilitate between installers and client, set/timetable installers week ahead and arrange transport where necessary- Organizing the installers to ensure they work to the most economical means for the business.- Excellent computer literacy is essential
