Yard and Groom
We are looking for a Full time Yard Supervisor to join a Group 1 winning Yard. The role includes assisting to run the yard so you must have a passion for horses and a practical knowledge of general health and welfare of horses. The ideal candidate must be reliable, hardworking and able to work alongside the existing Yard Manager.
We offer a competitive salary, pension and you will be eligible for the pool money bonus. The ability to ride racehorses is preferred but not essential. Accommodation can be discussed for the right candidate.
Duties will include:•Morning, afternoon and evening feeding alongside the Yard Manager.•Checking round horses for injuries and reporting back any issues.•Administrating medication.•Co-ordinating/managing staff.•Working alternate weekends.
Requirements
Must be hard working and reliable and have previous experience working with horses.
